for admission to training programmes for the education of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff at the postgraduate level and their consideration (according to priority)

The following personal achievements of applicants are taken into account for admission to the programmes for training scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff at Postgraduate Studies (Table 1):

Note:

  1. All personal achievements listed in the table shall correspond to the scientific speciality / profile of the scientific speciality (if any), for which the application was submitted, and confirmed by the documents.
  2. Publications, patents and other personal achievements need to be issued before the closing date for the submission of documents.

Upon submission of the relevant documents, the Admissions Committee determines the number of points for each personal achievement and completes a protocol that includes information about the specific achievement, the number of points awarded, and their total amount (if several results of personal achievements are submitted).

The total amount of points awarded to the applicant for personal achievements shall not be more than 6 points. The deputy executive secretary of the Admissions Committee signs the protocol for Postgraduate Studies. The sum of competitive scores includes the points awarded for the results of the personal achievements and these are indicated in the lists of applicants.
