The first session of the Generation Z project-based learning intensive course took place
Expert mentor K. Veselovsky held the first session of the Generation Z project-based educational course. He won UMNIK and Student Startup competitions. He explained where to seek ideas and how to come up with something truly new.
During the session, participants learnt about methods for generating ideas, identifying promising areas for projects, and spotting opportunities where others see only the usual things.
The expert pointed out that people do not necessarily possess the ability to come up with new ideas as an innate talent, but they can and should develop it as a skill. To do this, it is important to learn to look at the world around us from a different angle: not to accept existing solutions as the only possible ones, to notice the shortcomings of familiar things, to ask questions and to look for ways to improve things.
New meetings with experts, the development of their own ideas and the preparation of projects for the final Demo Day lie ahead for the participants!
The Ocean of Opportunities: From Idea to Community project is being implemented with the support of Rosmolodezh.Grants.
