GS Nanotech and Kaliningrad State Technical University signed an agreement on cooperation in the educational and technological spheres.

Within the framework of the agreement, GS Nanotech will accept future Bachelor's and Master's degree students for practical training in the specialities Automation of Technological Processes and Productions, Maintenance of Ship Radiocommunication and Electronic Radio Navigational Equipment and others.

The program will immerse students in real production, providing them with valuable work experience at one of the country's most technologically advanced plants.

For these purposes, KSTU will develop individual training plans.

There are also plans to participate jointly in competitions and programmes aimed at solving various industry tasks, and to hold scientific and practical seminars and conferences.

‘The cooperation will contribute to the training of excellent personnel for the country's electronics industry and the development of import-substituting technologies,’ said KSTU Rector V.A. Volkogon.

GS Nanotech General Director Sergey Plastinin stressed that the company is consistently expanding its programs of interaction with technical universities, ‘We have made another step forward and are ready to raise the level of industry competence together with KSTU and introduce students to the best methods at our plant’.

For reference, in 2024, nine Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, implemented at KSTU, successfully passed professional and public accreditation in the Kaliningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Among them are the programs 13.03.02 Electroenergetics and Electrical Engineering, 15.03.01 Mechanical Engineering, and 26.03.02 Shipbuilding, Ocean Engineering, System Engineering of Marine Infrastructure Facilities.
