The final stage of the IX International Student Competition for Architectural and Construction Projects, Steel2Real’26, has come to an end.
This year, the competition focused on designing a four-star hotel with a steel frame and an atrium. Over 100 teams participated in Steel2Real’26. Students from the Construction Department, Aleksandra Nosochevskaya, Anastasia Ushakova and Oksana Varzanova, presented their design for the Dune hotel. The experts highly praised the detailed elaboration of the project’s architectural and structural solutions. The jury members noted the presenters’ advanced skills in using specialised software programs and their comprehensive responses to questions. The KSTU students’ project took 3rd place.
Congratulations to our team and their academic supervisor, Associate Professor of the Construction Department, A.S. Lavrova! We wish you further professional development and success!
