KSTU students attended Business Fest
On 17 September, fourth-year students from the Management programme at the Institute of Industry-Based Economics and Management at KSTU attended a large-scale Business Fest organised by Sberbank. The event took place in Svetlogorsk at the Yantar Hall venue. Senior Lecturer O.O. Nekrasova accompanied the students.
The major theme of the event was business sustainability in the era of change. The students participated in open business discussions, networking sessions and interactive zones.
Ilya Averbukh, Igor Mann, Igor Stoyanov, Dmitry Kibkalo and other entrepreneurs spoke to festival participants about current trends in entrepreneurship and the secrets of successful business. For future managers, taking part in the Business Fest provided an opportunity to broaden their professional horizons and gain practical knowledge based on real-life business case studies.
Off-site events of this kind are part of the educational process at the Institute of Industry-Based Economics and Management and help to foster entrepreneurial thinking among students.
