Commencements started at KSTU
A graduation ceremony took place at the Institute of Industry-Based Economics and Management. Graduates of the bachelor’s, specialist and master’s programmes received their higher education diplomas.
Graduates who completed their studies with distinction received their diplomas from the Acting Rector, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor A.G. Mnatsakanyan.
Albert Gurgenovich addressed the graduates with warm words of encouragement. The ceremonial presentation of the ‘red’ diplomas by the Acting Rector emphasised the high status of the graduates and the importance of their future professions for the region.
Following the honouring ceremony for the top graduates, the event continued with a speech by the Acting Director of the Institute of Industry-Based Economics and Management, M.G. Pobegailo, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor. She congratulated the master's, specialist and bachelor's degree graduates on the successful completion of this important stage in their lives. In her address, she emphasised that the Institute would always welcome the students. To the applause of the audience, Marina Grigorievna presented the coveted documents to graduates from all programmes.
Vibrant musical performances organised by the student council enhanced the festive atmosphere in the assembly hall.
The ceremony ended with the traditional group photograph to mark the occasion, signalling the start of a new professional journey for the young economists and managers of KSTU.
