Innovations in Healthy Nutrition Technology to be implemented into production

On 30 September, the XIII National Scientific Conference, Innovations in Healthy Nutrition Technology, took place as part of the XIV International Baltic Maritime Forum.

Leading scientists and specialists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Voronezh and Murmansk participated in the event.

Invited guests, as well as lecturers and postgraduate students from the Food Technology Department, delivered presentations.

Researchers noted that a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach forms the basis for developing new food products that meet modern requirements.

The presented reports generated considerable professional interest. After the meeting, the participants expressed their hope for the imminent introduction of several innovative developments into mass production in the near future.
