We are announcing the results of the Science Days conference
From 20 to 30 April, KSTU hosted the 5th International scientific and technical conference for students and cadets Science Days. A grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation supported the event as part of the programme to develop student scientific societies.
A total of 818 papers were presented at the conference by 850 speakers. The total number of participants (students, lecturers, jury members, and attendees) exceeded 1,750.
200 papers were recommended for publication in the conference proceedings and 167 articles in the journal Youth Science Reporter.
Participants represented five countries: Russia, Uzbekistan, Guinea, Oman and India. Partner universities included Moscow State University (MSU), Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU), Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU), Astrakhan State Technical University (ASTU), Kerch State Maritime Technological University, and universities in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bissau, Conakry, Sohar and others.
Over 70 sections discussed topical issues in fisheries and aquaculture, ichthyopathology, agronomy, veterinary science, food biotechnology, shipbuilding, electrical power engineering, artificial intelligence, industry-based economics, regional economic security, and even maritime English.

The event is being held as part of a grant from the federal budget to higher education institutions for the implementation of activities aimed at supporting student scientific societies.
