Football players from KMFC won KSTU Rector’s Cup

On February 14-16, a mini-football tournament for the Cup of the Rector of KSTU was held in the sports complex "SanTermo". Four teams from KSTU, BSARF and KMRK took part in it.

As a result of the tournament, the 4th place was taken by the team of Cuban athletes from the BFFSA, the 3rd place - by KSTU team, the 2nd place - by the international team of the BFFSA "Amber Knight", and the Rector's Cup - by the team of Kaliningrad Marine Fishery College. The best scorer of the tournament was Yaroslav Gureev (KMFC), and the best team players: KSTU - Dmitriy Evdokimov, KMFC - Vadim Plakhov, BFFSA - Halim Garcia, "Amber Knight" - Nikita Korevko.

KSTU rector V.A. Volkogon wished all the players to pass all tests and exams in their educational institutions with the same passion, diligence and skill level that they showed during the games. Football players were awarded individual and team prizes. The best players of the tournament got a chance to enter the national team of KSTU, which will participate in the games of the National Student Football League.
